Required qualifications for applicants:
- Must have at least AA degree (preferably BA degree) in Early Childhood Education or another related field.
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience working with young children (2 to 6 years old).
- Native English speaker.
- Willingness to learn our school curriculum through training.
- Plan to stay in Japan longer than two years.
- Great at working as a part of a team.
- Also, the applicant must be able to come in for an interview in person.
*Please note that you will be a teacher's assistant during the first year, which will also be your training period.
